Mambo Rice
Chef               Rece's
2 lb Uncle Ben's Rice
2 Can's chopped Tomatoes
1 Can Green Chilies
1/2 Cup powdered Beef Base
1 Stick Sweet Butter


This is very easy to do and you will love it !
Wash the Rice in warm water to remove starch and
place into a baken pan,"smooth out rice evenly'
Chop the green Chilies and discard juice,
mix Beef base into a half gallon of hot water and pour over Rice.

TIP: Stick your finger in the Rice, if the Rice is up to the first knuckle of your finger the water
you add must be up to your second knuckle.

Add the Tomatoes without the juice, Chop the Chile peppers & add them, add 1/2 cup of Mambo Dry Rub
and mix well, add the butter.Place in a pre-heated oven at 345 and cook for 1 hour and 15 min.
Remove from oven and add 4 cups of hot Mambo Beans & stir well. if Rice is dry add more hot water,
That's It ! Easy as Pie.

Makes about 8 to 10 servings
